Each webinar's unique content is owned by the presenter and commissioned for release by SmrutiAyurved & Online Course Platform Owner and shall not be copied, recorded, redistributed, or used in any way without direct permission from both SmrutiAyurved & Online Course Platform Owner and the presenter. No Recording will be provided for download by us. You can access Recorded sessions via member login on 'any time many times' basis during your active membership duration for specific course. Study material, in form of documents, books, powerpoint presentations etc. will be provided only if such material is need of specific course.
Any unauthorized use of any of our webinar presentations and materials will lead to Cancellation of Membership or/and legal action against the user Along With Monetory Compensation.
Handouts provided as part of any of our webinars are covered under copyright laws. They are for your personal, non-commercial use only, and any attempt to republish, share, upload, frame, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute the content will result in copyright infringement.
We take no responsibility for any actions any attendee may take after receiving the information contained in any of our webinar presentations. We also shall not be held liable for any damages (incidental or consequential) that occur as a result of an attendee using or relying upon the information contained within any of our webinars or on our website.
We will not be held liable for any of the content of the webinar presentations, nor for the quality of these presentations. They are meant as educational tools, and we will not be held responsible if webinar content does not meet a user’s expectations.
No Refund will be paid to any user against their Suspension / Cancellation of Registration / Membership by himself / herself / Smrutiayurved Online Course Platform Owner.
Individual Internet cost is responsibility of the participant. We are not responsible for any technical problems arising out of net connectivity, or other technical difficulties beyond our control. In such a case, the lecture can be cancelled without any prior notice. In the event that we cancel a webinar, users will be notified via email or/and SMS (Short Messaging Service) or/and whatsapp message.
If users fail to attend any webinar session they registered for, because of technical difficulties, poor internet connection, or other reasons due to their own circumstances, Smrutiayurved Online Course Platform Owner will be NOT be liable for Any Loss of user in any form.
You agree that you will maintain Decorum of Webinars And Online Course Platform during the Running Session
Any misbehave by User will be lead to Suspension / Cancellation of Registration / Membership without any refund of Registration / Membership Fees paid by user.
We will try our best for providing recordings os live sessions if we doesn't face any technical issue beyond our control during any live session.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Smruti Ayurved.
Smruti Ayurved has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Smruti Ayurved shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
