01 How to choose course ?

  1. Submit Registration Form.
  2. You will get email with Email Verify link and Username - Password.
  3. First click on "Verify Email" and then Login
  4. On First Login, "Change Password" and "Edit Profile" are mandatory steps.
  5. Till this, it is One Time Process
  6. After Login, Go to "Available Courses" page.
  7. Click on "View & Select" button for desired Course >> Add Course >> Pay Fees.
  8. After Successful Payment, you are successfully registered for that Specific Course.

02 Basic requirements for online course ?

Online courses needs following requirements.

  1. Good Internet Connection
  2. Good quality headphone for better audio quality
  3. Online webinar plugin For Android / iPhone / iPad Devices Or Windows 7/8/vista/10 PC or Laptops.
  4. Strong will to learn

04 What payment modes are available ?

Indian Rupee for members from India And USD Dollar for Non-Indian Members are available currency mode.

Instamojo and Cash-Free payment gateway for Indian Rupee payment and Razorpay payment gateway for USD Dollar payment are available.

05 Can I have receipt for payment done by me ?

Yes. You can print receipt for payment done.
Please note that receipts will be available in 'Transaction' tab on account summary page only after opting course and made successful payment for the same.

06 How to get Certificate of Completion for course ?

You can print Certificate of Completion for your course.
Please note that certificates will be available in 'Certificate' tab on account summary page only after expiry date of account for course opted with successful payment for the same.

07 Can I cancel my registration for the course ?

Unfortunately NO. Once you opted course and made payment for the same, it is niether be cancelled nor refunded.

08 Can I change my Username or Email Address ?

Unfortunately NO. As Username and Email Address are unique and used by our database to identify you, changing username or email option is not available.

But if there is change in your email address, you can contact us via our email info@smrutiayurved.com and can request for the same.

Only Condition for email change is - your new requested email id should not be in use by other member on our platform.
